We are a personal training studio in Sterling, VA, specializing in corrective exercise and biomechanics-based performance training. We help individuals reduce chronic pain, improve movement quality, and rebuild strength through assessment-driven, one-on-one coaching.

Drew Kim

Corrective Specialist

Drew Kim has been working in the fitness and performance training industry since 2014. As a professional MMA athlete, Drew has spent his career immersed in elite, science-based training methods that prioritize movement efficiency, resilience, and performance.

His background allows him to bridge the gap between corrective training and high-level performance. Helping clients not only feel better, but also move and train with confidence.

When I first met Drew, he confidently told me he could fix my body, something I had nearly given up hope on. As a lifelong basketball player standing 6’9”, my body had taken years of punishment. I was one year removed from my second back surgery in two years and still living in constant pain. I had cycled through big-box physical therapy clinics and some of the top PT groups, firing my third therapist when I was introduced to Drew. I was skeptical, but his approach was different. Instead of just treating symptoms, Drew worked to reprogram my neurological relationship with pain and protection. In doing so, he unlocked something in my body that I hadn’t felt in over a decade. Within three months, I was pain-free. The pain running down my legs was gone, my hip imbalances had been corrected, and I was moving fluidly again. Feeling better than I had in years, I asked Drew if he could help me return to basketball, something I hadn’t done in four years. After another three months of training, at 36 years old, the data showed I was moving better than I did as a collegiate athlete; stronger, more explosive, and, most importantly, mentally free from the scars of past injuries. I’ve trained with Drew for three years now, and he didn’t just exceed his promises; in many ways, he changed my life. His dedication to his craft and his ability to push the boundaries of rehabilitation and performance deliver real, measurable results.
